Summadoc is an AI-powered email processing service that reads email attachments and rewrites subject lines with clear, searchable summaries. The Service processes PDFs, DOCs, and other document formats to extract key information.

3. User Accounts

To use Summadoc, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
• Share account access with unauthorized users

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service.

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Summadoc and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your email content and attachments. We only process this content to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated summaries may not always be accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summadoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Summadoc is registered.
